Details of services and products you have purchased in person or by any other means relating to those transactions will also be stored in our Phorest Salon Software system. All data stored on Phorest Salon Software is fully encrypted meaning your data is protected from leaking.

When you make a purchase with us, your payment is passed to our payment processing partner to process according to our instructions. We do keep a copy of this purchase. However, we will never store your card details – these are held by our third-party payment provider.

Finally, if you have interacted with us via social media e.g. by liking our Facebook page, or connecting with us on Instagram, we may contact you via those platforms.
